AIM AND SCOPE
LACC-ARC ICARETM 2024 DUBAI aims to bring
together Researchers, Scientists, Scholars and Students, Industry experts to
exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, Research results and discuss
the practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in all the areas of
Engineering, Technology and Management.
The main intention of LACC-ARC ICARETM 2024 is to provide opportunity for the global participants to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers expected to join from different parts on the world. In addition this gathering will help the delegates to establish research or business relations as well as to find international linkage for future collaborations in their career path. We hope that LACC-ARC ICARETM 2024 outcome will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge base in these up-to-date scientific fields in scope.

Interdisciplinary Journal of Management
Studies (formerly known as Iranian Journal of Management
Studies) provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on
management-orientated themes and topics. It publishes manuscripts of empirical
and/or the theoretical in management sciences. All empirical methods,
including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, are
welcomed. To be published in IJMS, a manuscript must make strong empirical
and/or theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those
contributions to the management field. Therefore, preference is given to
articles that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while
empirically investigating the issues with high importance for management
theories and practices. IJMS is an Open Access journal. Article submission, processing,
and publication fees are also free for authors. Journal holds the copyright of
