This year also the event is focused on the "Role of Government, Corporate and Community in Women Empowerment".

Women entrepreneurs have gradually played an important role in spurring economic development and job creation. Equality among men and women which is essential for development of society can possible through economic independence of women. Women contribute and support the economy extensively in different ways by being employed in many different sectors. Many successful businesses are run by women some of whom are very skilled in entrepreneurial activities. Some of these women are well educated and are aware of correct application of theory in business. It is a known fact that many of the most successful and world's largest enterprises are owned and run by women today. In developing countries, some women are running small enterprises many of which have proven to be successful. Women entrepreneurs in both developed and developing countries are socially powerful in terms of education and making a positive impact on the society.

Government support women entrepreneurs by developing various schemes and projects, in spite of that the reach of these programs are veryless. There is no motivation for women to taking up entrepreneurship. The role of corporates in welcoming new entrepreneurs and the job of communities to develop such successful entrepreneurship programs is the need of the day. This conference will discuss and deliberate the issues faced by women in taking up entrepreneurship. Also discusses on strategies to overcome their issues, government and corporate support in women development etc. will be deliberated for two days.
